Sandstone Farm is a turn-key horse property located on the outskirts of Millwood in Clarke County. The farm is surrounded by other high-end properties, and is on the edge of some of the best of the Blue Ridge Hunt country. Well known in the Middleburg area for its horse show series, Sandstone already has 18 dates for hunter and jumper shows in 2024.

Between the horse shows, lessons, boarders, and apartment rental the business netted $200,000 in 2023.
